As an adjudicator, I make a point of commenting on the positive things that are happening in the performance, but I never shy away from the items that need improvement.\u00a0 My constructive criticisms are always delivered in an encouraging tone, and are backed up with possible actions and ideas on how to improve.<\/p>\n
